How much do glass railings cost?

The glass is both tempered and laminated for strength and safety. If breakage occurs, the glass holds together rather than shattering. The systems use 12mm glass panels. Frameless systems have no horizontal bars that children could climb. The continuous glass surface provides a secure barrier.
What's the difference between frameless and semi-frameless railings for different applications?
Frameless railings use glass panels mounted directly to the deck or floor with no posts. This provides completely unobstructed views. Semi-frameless railings use aluminum posts spaced a maximum of 42 inches apart with glass panels between them. Frameless systems cost $300-$400 per linear foot. Semi-frameless systems cost $250-$350 per linear foot. Both options work for indoor and outdoor applications.
